Butch Laughlin has lived in Juneau, Alaska, for more than twenty years. Butch is a safe and experienced commercial bush pilot and certified aircraft mechanic; he has also acquired a few other "Last Frontier" skills along the way. Ask him about his experiences commercial fishing, sailing the Inside Passage, or even bartending at the original Red Dog Saloon.

Butch has many years of safe Alaskan bush flying experience and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing the wonders of Alaska. His knowledge of Southeast Alaska's flora, fauna, and history will add immeasurably to your appreciation of this unique land. Butch can advise you on local and seasonal conditions, and design a wilderness experience to perfectly suit your interests.

Butch's wife, Sarah, spent seven summers working in Alaska's premier tour destination, Glacier Bay, before moving to Juneau in 1989. Sarah thinks her Montana childhood blessed her with a deep appreciation for beautiful places. Naturally, Alaska has become her ultimate home.
