Imagine yourself in a floatplane, winging off to adventure. Experience spectacular
Southeast Alaska by air and land as you fly over vast glaciers,
snow-capped mountains, pristine shorelines, and sparkling fjords to set
down in one of the world's last great wildernesses.
There you'll touch the real Alaska, and explore remote areas
inaccessible to the average traveler.
Owner, Butch Laughlin, will be your personal bush pilot and
wilderness guide.
Butch has years of bush flying experience and a genuine enthusiasm
for sharing the wonders of Alaska. His knowledge of
Southeast's wildlife and natural history will add immeasurably to your
appreciation of this unique land. We can advise you on
local and seasonal conditions and design a wilderness outing to suite your
interests.
Guided, backcountry, day excursions by
floatplane have been our specialty since 1991. We can
quickly and comfortably transport you to remote areas offering truly
authentic wilderness experiences, and still have you back to town in time
to enjoy some of Juneau's other attractions. With a
minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 clients per tour, our small group size
ensures a wealth of personal attention, and a chance to savor the
uncrowded serenity of wild Alaska.
All necessary gear will be provided, from Fishing Tackle or Binoculars, to Rubber Boots
and Rainwear. All you'll need to bring is your sense of
adventure and lots of film! * * * * *
